Founded in 2021 by Hashim al-Sattam They call themselves part of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. They participated in Deir ez-Zor clashes (2023) alongside Arab Tribal and Clan Forces in Al-Shuhayl against Syrian Democratic Forces financed by Baathist Syria.[1] It is based on the Al Uqaydat tribe
